Appointment Policies Text 804-720-2449 with any questions or concerns A $10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will go toward the remaining cost of your service. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time only as long as you provide notice by texting (804) 720-2449 at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. Appointments include a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be considered canceled or may need to be rescheduled. If I am able to accommodate a late arrival, a $10 late fee will be added to your service. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any communication (“no-call, no-shows”) will be prohibited from booking future appointments. I understand that unexpected situations happen, and I simply ask for the same courtesy, communication, and respect that I provide to each of my clients. Additional Information • Squeeze-in appointments outside of regular business hours may be available for an additional $20 fee. Please text to request availability. • All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns or need adjustments, please communicate with me during your appointment so I can make any necessary changes before leaving. • Any service discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment to be considered for a complimentary fix. • I do not work over other nail technicians’ work, including soak-offs. Please arrive with a clean nail base or book the appropriate removal service if needed. • To maintain the health and longevity of your nails, fills should be scheduled every 3–4 weeks (5 weeks maximum). Appointments beyond this timeframe may require a full set.
